David Grievson, Founder
David began his career at Londonewcastle in 2002 before establishing his own development business in 2007. Since then, he has led and delivered residential projects of varying scale and complexity, gaining practical experience across construction, project management, space planning and design.
At Coburn, this background informs a consultancy-led approach to residential projects. Experience gained through development supports clear judgement, careful coordination and an understanding of how decisions made early in the process affect outcomes on site and in use.
David holds an MSc in Property Development and Planning from London South Bank University, and a BA (Hons) in English and Business Management from the University of Exeter.
