Avalon Road

This new build house stands in a conservation area just off the King's Road on the Chelsea borders.  The house contains a courtyard with a double height aluminium and glass wall with sliding doors and a solid walnut feature staircase.

Following completion, planning permission was granted for an extension creating a fourth bedroom and terrace.
